Our Exteneded Warranty Program is the same as the standard manufacturers warranty, but it is extended for five years. For just $.20 per transaction (minimum 5 years), ATM Genius LLC will replace defective parts and we will pay the technician's time to replace the defective parts. 

What is covered?

All hardware including cash dispepnsing unit and cash cassette, receipt printer, LCD module, magnetic card reader, power supply, key pad, main board, lock and locking mechanism (limited 90 day warranty)

What is not covered?

Power cable and modem cable, key lock and key, plastic bezel, software upgrate, receipt printer jam, note jam, forgotten password or combination lock, any damages from misuse, improper installation and vandalism, damage caused by power surge or low power conditions, damage from lightning, earthquake, flood or any other "act of God"
